she loves REPEATING her smile theory.
she even invented the SMILE CYCLE.
she says it will bring more income n profit etc etc,
it's kinda true,
but at the most people will give $2 as tips because of the service.
anybody give $50 as tips, they are my next idol.
the income there was only because of the FOOD!
the customers wont bother to come if the service is good but the food sucks.
and they dont come because they see all the workers smile
again it's the FOOD!!!!
so wad? tell the chefs to smile when they cook to get more income?
